The goal of this project is to allow the public to learn about the facts and evidence regarding the crimes committed during the armed conflicts in the former Yugoslavia in the 90’s for which no one has been held responsible.

SAŠA ĆURČIĆ (b. 1960), member of the Army of Republika Srpska

He was convicted in 2020 by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to five years in prison for rape as a crime against humanity, and he is serving his sentence in the Institute for Execution of Criminal Sanctions of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Lukavica, near Sarajevo.
