Dragan Zelenović
DRAGAN ZELENOVIĆ (1961-2019), member of the Army of the Republika Srpska and de facto military police officer in the town of Foča
After pleading guilty, he was sentenced in 2007 by the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) to 15 years in prison for torture and rape as crimes against humanity and war crimes. He served his sentence in Belgium, from where he was released early in 2015, after serving two-thirds of his sentence.
