Dragoljub Kunarac
DRAGOLJUB KUNARAC (b. 1960), commander of the Republika Srpska Army Reconnaissance Unit, which was part of the local Foča Tactical Group
He was sentenced in 2002 by the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) to 28 years in prison for torture, rape and enslavement as crimes against humanity and war crimes. He is serving his sentence in Germany. In February 2017, the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals (MICT) rejected a request for the early release of Kunarac.
