Mitar Rašević
MITAR RAŠEVIĆ (b. 1949), commander of the guard in the “KP Dom” Detention Centre in Foča
He was convicted by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for crimes against humanity: persecution; murder; enslavement; deportation or forced displacement of the population; deprivation of physical liberty contrary to the basic rules of international law; torture; enforced disappearance and other inhumane acts of a similar nature, committed with the intent to cause great suffering, serious physical or mental injury or impairment of health.
Mitar Rašević was convicted in 2008 to 7 years in prison. He was released in 2010.
